Cauliflower Mashed “Potatoes”

Slowly trying to find “healthier” alternatives

Cut it upCover and steam atleast 20 minsWhen it really starts to stink, mix it up a little to make sure it is soft enough. Add salt and pepper Smash the shot out of itPretend it's potatoes

Idk if plant butter is healthier 

I use 1 stick per 1 head of cauliflower

I add more salt and pepper. I like the black Hawaiian salt. Mix it all up then do a dollop or 3.Mix it all up then add your choice of cheese. I use shredded.I usually add crumbled bacon but I am skipping it this time to see how edible it will beTop with more cheese if you chooseViola! 
I paired it with a ribeye and a side of broccoliAnd to use up the head of broccoli, I did a cold pasta salad
